Passenger requests routed to the crew with response-time visibility — passengers only see their own submissions.
Lavatory Status Tracking
Last-cleaned timers with crew reset for operational clarity and audit-friendly logging.
Service Timing Management
Service start is automatically triggered two hours prior to arrival by default. Crew can manually override or adjust timing when necessary. In irregular operations, tracking can be marked as “not trackable” with a reason (delay/diversion/technical).

Security & Deployment

Designed with airline IT and security constraints in mind. CabinPulse can be deployed as an onboard-local service (intranet) or in a secure cloud setup, depending on airline policy.

Role-based access for crew interfaces
Minimal passenger exposure (passengers only see their own submissions)
Encrypted transport where applicable (TLS)
